Hunan Nag New Materials Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hengyang Shantai Chemical Co., Ltd., established in December 2020.
The company’s flagship products are polyester resins specially designed for powder coatings under the brands “Hengtai” and “Nage,” with an annual production capacity of 90,000 tons. Currently, the company offers more than 50 varieties across three major product series, and is capable of developing new products tailored to specific customer requirements. Our product lines not only meet customers’ needs for both indoor and outdoor applications but also cater to specialized niche markets and products of varying quality levels, offering excellent value for money.

The company has formulated a clear roadmap for future development, encompassing Series A funding, Series B funding, construction of a new production base, extension of low-temperature curing technology to the R&D of high-end products (such as antibacterial, highly weather-resistant, and flame-retardant materials), preparation for an IPO, and expansion into overseas markets. The company was recognized as an outstanding contributor in Hengyang and has signed a collaborative industry-academia-research agreement with the School of Chemistry and Biology at Hunan University of Science and Technology for the development of polyester resins used in high-temperature-resistant powder coatings, further strengthening the company’s partnership in academic research and technology transfer.
As of October 2022, the company has filed 33 patent applications, of which 7 utility model patents and 3 invention patents have already been granted.

In June, we signed an industry-academia-research cooperation contract with the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Nan Hua University to jointly develop polyester resins for high-decorative, low-temperature-curing powder coatings, thereby strengthening the company’s research capabilities and technological reserves.
