Decision on Establishing a “Technology Research and Development Center”

To intensify research and development efforts, enhance the company’s technological innovation capabilities and market competitiveness, and ensure the company’s sustainable development, the company’s Board of Directors has, after careful deliberation, decided to establish the “Hengyang Shantai Chemical Co., Ltd. Technology Research and Development Center” on the basis of the company’s existing technical departments.

II. Functional Roles of the Technology R&D Center:

1. Solutions Department: Responsible for collecting market information on R&D projects or products, conducting product planning, performing comparative testing, and carrying out market research to identify projects or products suitable for the company’s development.

2. Technical Development Department: Responsible for the design, development, and R&D of all the company’s projects and products.

3. After-sales Service Department: In accordance with the company’s deployment and market requirements, participate in product development and R&D, be responsible for product testing and validation, provide customers with the product documentation they need, and deliver corresponding after-sales technical services as stipulated in the contract.

III. Personnel Appointments at the Technology R&D Center:

The company has appointed Zhang Liangwu as Technical Director of the Technology Research and Development Center, where he will be fully responsible for the company’s technological advancement, product development, and departmental management.

The assessment boundary was defined as “cradle-to-gate.” The assessment results are shown in the table below:
